Terms & Conditions
These Terms govern your purchase of, access to, and use of Duaa, the Duaa website, software, support channels, and related services. By purchasing, installing, accessing, or using Duaa, you agree to these Terms.
Effective: 18 August 2026 · Last updated: 18 August 2026
1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms form the agreement between you and the operator of Duaa (“Duaa”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). If you purchase on behalf of another person or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for them.
2. The Duaa service
Duaa is designed to provide conversational assistance, memory, visual and screen understanding, web and browser assistance, computer and device controls, communication support, research, content creation, document and data work, software assistance, automation, learned workflows, and other capabilities described on the website.
Capabilities can vary by device, operating system, connected account, permissions, region, provider availability, software version, and other technical conditions. A capability described on the website does not guarantee that every device or third-party service will support every action.
3. Licence and access
Your purchase gives you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Duaa product according to the plan and access terms shown at purchase. Unless we expressly give you written permission, you may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, rebrand, copy, extract, or commercially exploit the software or its protected components.
Your account credentials, activation details, and connected service credentials are your responsibility. Do not share them with people who are not authorised to use your licence.
4. Pricing, payments and renewals
Duaa currently offers two access models: Lifetime Access — PKR 16,999 one-time, and Flexible Monthly Access — PKR 7,999 upfront plus PKR 1,800 per month. The selected model, amount and any recurring charge are shown clearly in the purchase flow before you confirm an order. For the monthly model, continued access depends on the recurring fee remaining current.
For manual payments, you may be asked to provide an order reference or transaction ID so that payment can be verified. Access is not guaranteed until payment has been successfully verified and the required activation or credentials have been issued.
Taxes, bank charges, payment-provider charges, or other third-party fees may apply where relevant. You are responsible for charges imposed by your bank, payment provider, AI provider, or connected service.
5. AI providers, connected accounts and third-party services
Duaa may work with AI models, web services, communication platforms, cloud services, device APIs, or other third-party systems. You may need to connect or authorise some of these services yourself. Their availability, limits, pricing, terms, privacy practices, and model behaviour are controlled by those providers, not by Duaa.
When you connect a third-party account, you remain responsible for complying with that provider’s terms and for reviewing the permissions you grant. A change, outage, limitation, suspension, or retirement of a third-party service may reduce or disable a Duaa capability.
6. Acceptable use
You agree to use Duaa lawfully and responsibly. You must not use Duaa to violate another person’s rights, bypass access controls, impersonate people, distribute malicious software, conduct fraud, interfere with services, or perform activities that are unlawful or reasonably likely to cause serious harm.
You are responsible for reviewing actions before authorising high-impact operations, particularly actions involving payments, purchases, account changes, deletion, external communications, security settings, or sensitive information.
Automation and learned workflows
Learned workflows and autonomous actions are intended to help you perform tasks, not to replace your judgement. You are responsible for the instructions you teach Duaa and for reviewing consequential outcomes.
7. Intellectual property
Duaa, its software, interface, branding, original content, workflows, documentation, and protected technical components are owned by or licensed to us unless otherwise stated. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the underlying software or intellectual property to you.
You retain rights in content you provide to Duaa to the extent you already own those rights. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions to use files, text, images, recordings, accounts, and other material you provide or instruct Duaa to process.
8. Availability, updates and changes
We may improve, modify, add, remove, or reorganise features over time. Some changes may be necessary for security, compatibility, provider requirements, or technical reasons. We do not promise that every feature will remain identical forever.
We aim to keep Duaa available and reliable, but uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed. Internet failures, device problems, operating-system changes, third-party outages, maintenance, security events, and other circumstances can affect availability.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, enforce these Terms, respond to abuse or fraud, address security risks, or comply with law. Where appropriate, we may give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Termination does not remove obligations that by their nature should continue, including intellectual-property, payment, liability, and dispute provisions.
10. AI accuracy and disclaimers
Duaa can make mistakes. AI-generated answers, summaries, classifications, recommendations, code, documents, visual interpretations, and automated actions may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect.
Duaa is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, security, or other regulated advice. You should independently verify information and important decisions before relying on it.
To the extent permitted by law, Duaa is provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees that every capability will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for losses caused by third-party providers, internet failures, device failures, user instructions, automated actions, or information you choose to rely on.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as Duaa evolves. Material changes will be reflected by a new “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, additional notice. Your continued use of Duaa after an updated version takes effect means you accept the revised Terms, subject to any rights that cannot legally be waived.
13. Governing law and contact
These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws applicable to the operator of Duaa, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you in your place of residence.
For questions about an order, licence, support issue, or these Terms, contact the Duaa team through the support channel provided on the website.
