Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information may be collected when you visit the Duaa website, place an order, contact support, or use Duaa and its connected capabilities, how that information may be used, and the choices available to you.
Effective: 18 August 2026 · Last updated: 18 August 2026
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to information handled through the Duaa website, purchase and order process, support communications, licensing or account processes, and the Duaa software and related services where we control the relevant processing.
2. Information we may collect
Order and support information
- Name and contact details you provide during checkout or support.
- City, address, phone number, and other delivery or account details you submit.
- Payment method information and transaction/reference details used to verify an order. Payment credentials themselves may be handled by the payment provider rather than stored by Duaa.
- Messages you send to our support channels, including WhatsApp conversations initiated for support or order verification.
Technical information
Depending on the website configuration, basic technical information such as browser type, device information, approximate network information, page interactions, and security logs may be processed for operation, troubleshooting, and protection of the service.
3. Information processed by Duaa when you use features
Duaa is designed to work across many kinds of digital tasks. If you choose to use a capability, the software may need to process the information required to perform it. Depending on your configuration, this can include:
- Prompts, conversations, voice input, and generated responses.
- Memory, preferences, learned workflows, tasks, notes, and other information you choose to retain.
- Screen captures, visual content, webcam input, OCR content, and UI context when you enable visual or screen features.
- Files and documents you ask Duaa to inspect, create, edit, convert, organise, or deliver.
- Browser pages, search results, website content, and actions required for browser automation.
- Messages, contacts, calendar events, email, cloud files, media, or other information from accounts you explicitly connect.
- Device and system information required for computer, mobile, or supported connected-device actions.
Some of this information may be processed locally on your device and some may be sent to a third-party provider or connected service when necessary to complete the requested task. You should review the permissions and provider settings available to you before enabling sensitive capabilities.
4. How we use information
We may use information under our control to:
- Process and verify purchases, activations, and access.
- Provide customer support and troubleshoot problems.
- Communicate with you about your order, account, updates, or support requests.
- Protect Duaa against fraud, abuse, unauthorised access, and tampering.
- Maintain, secure, improve, and debug the website and services.
- Meet legal, accounting, tax, or dispute-resolution obligations.
We do not sell personal information as a product. We do not use your private Duaa content for unrelated advertising purposes.
5. When information may be shared
We may share information when necessary to provide the service or complete an action you requested, including with payment providers, hosting or infrastructure providers, support platforms, AI providers, connected account providers, or other service providers acting on our behalf or at your direction.
We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect the rights and safety of users or the service, or in connection with a legitimate business transfer such as a merger or sale of assets.
6. Third-party services
Duaa may integrate with services such as AI model providers, Google services, WhatsApp, payment providers, browser platforms, cloud storage, media services, or device APIs. Those providers have their own privacy policies and may process information according to their systems and your account settings.
When Duaa sends information to a third-party service to perform an action you requested, that provider’s handling of the information is also governed by its own terms and privacy policy.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the service to protect information under our control. However, no internet transmission, software system, or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You are also responsible for protecting your account credentials, device, API keys, connected accounts, and any permissions you grant to Duaa.
8. How long information is kept
We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including order fulfilment, support, security, accounting, legal obligations, and dispute resolution. Retention periods can vary depending on the type of information and the service involved.
Information held by third-party providers is subject to their own retention practices and policies.
9. Your choices and privacy rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we control, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also withdraw permissions you previously granted to connected services, although doing so may prevent Duaa from providing the related capability.
To make a privacy request, contact the Duaa team through the support channel provided on the website and describe the information or request clearly. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
10. Cookies and similar technologies
The Duaa website may use cookies, local storage, or similar browser technologies where needed for site functionality, preferences, security, or basic performance. If analytics or advertising technologies are added in the future, this policy may be updated to describe them and any available choices.
11. Children’s privacy
Duaa is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us without appropriate consent, contact us so that we can review and take appropriate action.
12. Changes to this policy
As Duaa evolves, we may update this Privacy Policy to reflect new features, providers, legal requirements, or data practices. The “Last updated” date will show when the policy was most recently revised. Material changes may also be communicated through the website or support channels where appropriate.
13. Contact
If you have a privacy question or request, contact the Duaa team using the support contact provided on the website. Please do not send passwords, API keys, payment PINs, or other secrets in a support message unless specifically instructed through a secure process.
